Kelsey & Mike’s Colorado Mountain Wedding Featured on Rocky Mountain Bride

We’re delighted to share that Kelsey & Mike’s beautiful 2024 wedding has been featured on Rocky Mountain Bride!

Set in Aspen, Colorado, their summer celebration brought together the romance of a timeless church ceremony and the natural beauty of a mountain reception at Pine Creek Cookhouse. With lush greenery, soft blush and ivory florals, and warm candlelight, the design created a beautiful contrast against the venue’s rustic log interiors.

We’re thrilled to revisit this special celebration and share more of the thoughtful details that made Kelsey & Mike’s wedding so memorable.

A Romantic Ceremony in the Colorado Mountains

Kelsey and Mike’s wedding day began with a ceremony in a beautifully detailed church, where stained glass windows and a mahogany aisle created a timeless setting for their vows.

Kelsey wore a delicate, long-sleeved lace gown by Liz Martinez, while Mike opted for a classic black tuxedo. The setting and attire came together for an elegant ceremony that felt both classic and connected to the natural beauty surrounding Aspen.

A Lush, Greenery-Filled Reception at Pine Creek Cookhouse

Following the ceremony, guests made their way into the mountains for a summer reception at Pine Creek Cookhouse. The venue’s rustic log interiors provided a rich, natural backdrop for a romantic tablescape layered with soft linen chairs, blush table runners, abundant greenery, and candlelight.

Blush and ivory florals softened the wood tones, while flowing vine installations brought an organic quality to the design. Each element complemented the mountain setting while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for dinner and celebration.

The evening continued with live music, hand-rolled cigars, and a sparkler send-off, adding personal touches to a celebration that balanced timeless elegance with the relaxed beauty of Colorado.
